If you are a new patient to our office, the attached file contains our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. Insurance
We have helped our patients with over 1,000 different insurance plans over the years. Our goal is to maximize your dental benefits. We are happy to complete and submit insurance forms and any information your insurance carrier my request, but the ultimate responsibility for payment rests with our patients. As most of us know, the insurance process can be confusing and we will be happy to help you get the benefits you deserve. But please understand, with the rapidly changing state of employers insurance policies, we will not be responsible for what your insurance covers or does not cover, that is the contract you have with your employer. Our goal is to provide our patients with the best dentistry at the best price without interference from the insurance companies.
Financial Policy
Payment is expected at the time the dental services are provided. We accept cash, check, credit cards (Visa,MasterCard and Discover) for your convenience. We also offer CareCredit, which is line of credit for dental treatment for your entire family. It has the advantage of 0% interest if the balance is paid in full within the promotional period of time and easy monthly payments. Please call for more information.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
